Join me for a dreamy gathering of Yoga, tarot, and tea — a few precious hours to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself.

During this event we will explore the reflective world of tarot, using the cards as a gentle invitation to pause, listen to our intuition, and discover what might be asking for our attention. You'll also have the opportunity to pull your very own card and reflect on what it brings up for you. We will move through a gentle fluid practice, creating space to breathe deeply, soften the body, and quiet the mind.

We'll bring it all together with a Guided Five Senses Grounding Ceremony, accompanied by a warm cup of tea. Through the simple beauty of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, we'll return to the present moment and reconnect with the quiet magic of simply being here.

This is an evening to arrive exactly as you are. No expectations, nothing to prove, and nowhere else you need to be.

Just gentle movement, thoughtful reflection, meaningful connection, and the comfort of sharing a little stillness with others.
