Tuesdays: 7:00pm ( All Levels Yoga. A well-rounded practice that offers different variations to allow beginners and Intermediate participants to challenge their own practice. Usually themed) ( Beginner Friendly)
This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class with still allow space to challenge your practice and body but no experience or flexibility required.
Saturdays: 9:00am - Vin to Yin Yoga. Half Flow and half agentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. Great for those new to yoga, those who suffer with Chronic pain, or are healing from injury.
