Enjoy a 90min special yoga session which incls. gentle movement, yin, breath-work, guided meditation + sound healing, as you begin the process of resetting your nervous system - followed by heading into your spa journey, steeped in the deep traditions of Hydrothermal Bathing- for up to 3 hours of pleasure + peace!
