Spring Equinox: Yoga + Flower Broom

Come celebrate and prepare for the Spring Equinox in this special 3 HR guided + creative experience with Dani of Lune + Vine and myself Laura of Laura Lotus Love! 

Spring Equinox is a time of renewal and rejuvenation, sweeping away the old and making space for the new! 

To begin Laura will lead you through a practice of movement and breathwork themed for the SE, that will help awaken your inner muse and get your creative juices flowing and giving you inspiration to bloom and set intention, Followed by 2 hours with Dani as she guides you through creating your very own alter size flower broom!

A flower broom is meant to bring abundance, hope and new beginnings! 

Enjoy these complimentary practices in a collaborative, creative experience where no creative or yoga experience is required. Just show up and have fun!
