Imagine time softening around you. A few precious hours to slow down, breathe deeply, move intuitively, and return to yourself. To awaken your senses, soften into your body, and let yourself be held by the warmth, the water, the stillness, and the simple magic of being.
If you’ve been carrying a lot, giving a lot, or simply longing for a little space to call your own, this is your invitation to exhale.
Body Bliss is a deeply nourishing experience for the body, mind, and soul. A gentle invitation to arrive exactly as you are — tired, tender, full of feeling, or simply ready to receive something lovely.
We’ll begin on the yoga deck with hanging heaters, with an hour of mindful movement, stretching, and breath, with reflection weaved in, gently awakening the body before drifting into a world of renewal and restoration.
Sink into the saltwater hot tub. Melt into the wood-fired sauna. Awaken your senses with a refreshing cold plunge. Then, wrap yourself in the quiet magic of the outdoors, where a crackling fire invites you to read, journal, draw, daydream, or simply close your eyes and be. Inside, a cozy space awaits, warmed by the woodstove and made for lingering.
Let the hours unfold slowly. There is nowhere else you need to be, nothing you need to do, and nothing you need to be other than yourself.
Robes, towels, water, and tea will be waiting for you. Just bring your bathing suit and come as you are.
