October is a powerful opportunity to set intentions for change, tying up loose ends, and embracing transformation before the end of the year.

Join myself and local artist Tanya Holt-Blondin for a transformative experience that combines mindful practices with creative expression to set and cultivate personal goals + intentions while having fun and nourishing the soul!

Enjoy guided yoga, meditation and intention work then learn as a group through a step by step process to create a watercolour and ink “moon + crow” artwork, where you can infuse your very own intention into the piece!

Take home a finished product that you can feel inspired about! ⁣
