Acupuncture + Yoga

Join Lisa Gallant, RAc and myself, Laura Gibson RYT, for a special fusion class that will be a deeply restorative and healing experience.

First you will be guided through a grounding yoga class,  with the therapeutic support of essential oils, followed by a calming yoga nidra where acupuncture needles will be applied to key points in the body to release old energy, find relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and promote inner balance, followed by sound healing as you rest and reap the benefits of the needles.
