There will be 2x yoga sessions a day. There will be a variety of styles experienced, with lots of room for curiosity to play, modifications and options to accomodate needs, and space to surrender when it calls!
Yoga classes are accessible for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is a willingness to try something new. 
The yoga shala is the perfect space to dive deep into the practice.
With hardwood floors and a modern-rustic feel, you will be immersed not just in the practice of yoga but also in the natural surroundings. Just like our yoga practice, Ebbio embraces history and tradition, with a cozy and welcoming feel.
We may even get lucky and have some animals come to the door when practicing!
This retreat will be an immersion adventure and I have planned some very special experiences.
Enjoy an authentic Italian cooking class, visit the charming medevial town of Monterrigioni, experience local vineyard wine tastings, be guided through a day in the beautiful city of Siena, and bathe in natural rivers!
I also understand the importance of rest and exploration, so my retreats always ensure plenty of free time to relax and explore at your own pace. Tuscany is renowned for its rich culture and history, with nearby villages and vineyards.
Every evening, we will unwind in the tranquillity, gazing up at the starry sky.
Addtional excursions will be available to book such as; horseback riding, bike tours, polo lessons, hikes, visiting other local cities close by, and more!

LOCATION
Our home away from home this week will be at a charming estate in the heart of Tuscany. Our home away from home is a restored 13th century farm beautifully transformed in a tranquil healing oasis. Nestled inside an evergreen forest, it sits on an extinct volcano that was sacred to the Etruscans, and overlooks the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni.
With a spacious indoor yoga shala, outdoor patio, and nine uniquely designed rooms and windows to enjoy the scenery of Siena. There are plenty of zen spaces to relax and unwind with hammocks on site, whether it’s sunbathing, reading or star-gazing, you will feel completely immersed.
The farm's family includes Sibilla, Francesca, Dimitri, Nushi, Bardi, Annamaria, the beloved woofers, as well as geese, chickens, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats and plenty of butterflies.

PRICING & ACCOMODATION
We will be staying at a 13th century restored farmhouse with rustic chic charm.
The villa is beautifully designed with earthy and neutral colours, terracotta tiles, and many windows overlooking the farm and rolling hills to bask in the serenity and quiet. It has nine uniquely furnished rooms and a spacious communal area containing a traditional fireplace. There is also a massage room, as well as a wood-burning pizza oven!
All rooms have shared bathrooms with 5 bathrooms in the villa between 9 bedrooms.
Only deposit has to be made to claim a spot!

To secure your retreat space, a $900 CAD non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All final payments are due by date agreed upon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that a participant has to cancel, 100% of payment (minus $900 deposit) is refundable up to Sept 1, 2024
In the event that a participant has to cancel between Sept 2, 2024 - Mar 13, 2025, 70% of payment (minus $900 deposit) is refundable.
In the event a participant has to cancel between Mar 13, 2025 - June 12, 2025, 50% of payment is refundable, (minus $900 deposit)
No refunds granted after June 13th, 2025

TRAVEL
From Pisa Airport (about 90km) 2 options:
1. Train from Pisa airport to “Castellina in Chianti - Monteriggioni” about 1 hour 45 mins. Ticket is 12€ per person. Transport from the train
station to Ebbio 20€ per person (about 10 mins drive).
2. Minivan Transfer - seats a maximum of 7 people and has a cost of 350€, (47€ x person) / normal car, 4 seaters 250€.
From Florence Airport (about 60km)
1. Tram + Train Tram from airport to SMN train station, and train from Florence SMN to “Castellina in Chianti - Monteriggioni” about 1 hour 45
mins, one change of train in Empoli. Ticket is 12€ per person. Transport from the train station to Ebbio 20€ per person (about 10 mins drive).
2. Taxis are available to/from Florence +39 055 4390, info@4390.it - 150/160€, you can ask for larger cars (about 1 hour drive)
From Rome Airport (about 300 km) Minivan Transfer - maximum of 7 people, costs of 450€, (65€ x person).
To Siena (about 20km) Taxis are available to/from Siena: +39 0577 49 222, 30/35€, you can ask for larger cars.
