Our specially curated journey together will include:
- daily morning practice to set the tone and intention for the day. We’ll weave together yoga asana, pranayama breathwork, and intuitive flow in our open-air shala
- relax and renew with yoga and meditation healing afternoon sessions
- self-study and reflection within our supportive community
- open time to lounge by the infinity pool, receive a healing massage or explore the local villages
- nourish with daily organic farm-to-table breakfast & dinner by the greenery overlooking the Aegean sea

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR ~ Laura Gibson
E-200hr & 500hr Registered Yoga Vinyasa Teacher, Certified Yoga Life Coach, Prenatal & Postnatal Certified, Kids Yoga Certified,
Trauma Yoga Certified, Senior & Chair Yoga Trained, Yoga with weights
Certified in Flow, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, meditation, breath-work, aqua yoga, and more!
Teaches to injury, modifications & various health related circumstances.
Over a decade of teaching yoga, and extensive experience managing and building up a yoga studio for over 10 years!
I also work with Athletes and Fitness buffs!
I have been teaching for over a decade and love incorporating art, music, animals, elemental and chakra work in my classes whenever I can. I am also a certified yoga life coach, hugs extraordinaire, laughs with my whole heart, and teaching yoga and being in creation is what she is most passionate about.
My favourite part about yoga is the paradox of power and surrender, teaching us that we are resilient and stronger than we think we are but also there is bravery in ease & acceptance!
After years of feeling unfulfilled and dealing with my own personal struggles with my health and past traumas, yoga opened my eyes to how it truly transforms and heals the body, mind, and soul. Serving up a reminder to love yourself, trust your body and know your worth.
My teaching philosophy is all about self-empowerment. We do not try to fit the practice; we adapt the practice to fit us and meet us where we are. I believe when someone creates space for what they need, without expectations and judgment, just raw truth, there are no limitations – just possibility!
I offer up tons of modifications & variations for accessibility and provides lots of space to play and be curious in practice!
My purpose is to hold space and provide tools for others on their own journey toward what they seek, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and wisdom on this unique retreat!
