We will gather to connect, nourish and release leading up to the new moon!
New moon retreats are the perfect time to set intentions and reset, reminding us to pause, realign and nurture ourselves.
This Special moon is called the Strawberry moon and represents a time for introspection, intention, transformation, growth, new beginnings and reflection. It is associated with the heart chakra!
The Strawberry moon is a time for self improvement, self love, nurturing and building strong connections!
Enjoy conversation, have time to read, soak in the views, participate in meaningful yoga sessions (geared to the new moon), do arts and crafts, find spa bliss, play games and dance around with your new friends.
This is unique experience takes place at Sidanna Relaxing Retreat in the south shore which has a heated pool, sauna, hot tub and fire pit!

It's located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, 5 minutes drive from 2 of Nova Scotia's most beautiful white sandy beaches in Nova Scotia. The house offers 2 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms.

Why is there a registration form?
I want to cultivate most amazing experience possible for all attending. Space is limited and I want to make sure the group gels well and that I’m creating a safe, nourishing, environment where we’re aligned, can do the best work, and have the most fun. I also want to get to know you so that I can curate an experience reflective of your needs.
Are there payment plan options?
Yes! A $250 (non refundable) deposit is required to secure your booking and I’m happy to work with you on a payment plan. You can split the payments or we can work out one specific to your needs.
Can I bring children/pets?
No, all Soul Escapes are adults only and the retreat spaces do not allow for pets.
Is transportation included?
Transportation to and from the retreat is NOT INCLUDED. This said, I always do my best to help connect participants for ride shares if you wish!
Can I attend alone?
Absouletly! Feel free to come with a friend, family or by yourself!!
Some of the best experiences I have witnessed are of those who travel to my retreats solo! You will have instant connections I promise! I can place you in a room with a like minded person!
When should I arrive? Leave? Check in is 4pm! Checkout is 11am
What should I bring? A packing list will be emailed to you before the retreat.
Will I have any free time? Yes, there will be free time
Are there any refunds? This retreat is NON REFUNDABLE .
What if you cancel?
If I need to cancel for any reason, you will be able to apply your funds to the new date . If the new date doesn’t work, you can apply it to another retreat or I will refund :)
