This retreat is for you if you are craving a trip that will nourish you with; local food grown right on site, beautiful surroundings, spa features, connection with like-minded people and intentional movement, meditation and breathwork... all while experiencing new surroundings!
Throughout the retreat enjoy multiple daily yoga + mindfulness practices (in the beautiful yoga shala that overlooks the pool). There will be a mix of yoga styles offered depending on time of day, and will include some nervous system support and Vagus nerve stimulation. It will be well balanced to support you over the full duration of the retreat.
In your down time, laze in a hammock under the sun or stars reading a good book, swim in the seawater pool, enjoying the sauna and hot tub, treat yourself to a wellness service or some tuning forks and take time to unwind so you come back lighter, calmer and soul filled!
There is lots of areas to hike near the retreat if you love to get outdoors, as well as E-Bike!!

LOCATION
We will be staying in a private, stunning restored Catalan Masia in Northern Spain. A peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature, just 20mins from Girona (a filming location of game of thrones), and 70mins from Barcelona.
Each of the rooms comes with their own ensuite bathroom ensuring privacy.

To reserve your space a non refundable $900 deposit is required.

Step 2: Make a Deposit
To secure your retreat space, a $900 CAD non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All final payments are due by date agreed upon. Either e-transfer to lauralotuslove@gmail.com or pay here
Step 3: Purchase Insurance
I encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS
AIRFARE & ARRIVAL
I recommended flying direct (Flights are affordable) to Barcelona airport and either travelling by train to Girona to head to retreat by group shuttle OR join the shared group shuttle from Barcelona.
PASSPORT
For international travelers passports must have 6 months of validity at the time of entry.
REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Refunds
~ Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
~If for some reason we cannot travel into Spain (due to government travel ban) or location must postpone, retreat fees are not refunded to participants, but your spot/payments would move to the new date. Possibly the following year. No refund exceptions.
~ If you leave during the retreat, there will be no refund.
~If you cancel out there is no automatic space held for you if you decide to change your mind and come. This means you forfeit your space and there may not be availability. A new deposit payment (18.2% of retreat total) is required as a reinstating fee to cover expenses, losses and costs accrued.

What Food is Served on Retreat?
Daily food is served on retreat. If you have any dietary restrictions please let me know prior to retreat. It is Mediterranean, with all fresh food grown on site.
Can you accommodate for Gluten-Free / Dairy Free Diets?
Yes dietary restrictions can be accommodated for! However, please let me know any dietary restrictions you have upon booking.
I’m new to Yoga/meditation. Will I be welcome?
Yes! All levels are welcome. I always have new to yoga joiners on my retreat and they are taken full care of!
How many guests will be on retreat?
Max of 13 guests.
Is there alcohol, smoking or vaping allowed on retreat?
There will be none on site.
What language will the retreat be hosted in?
English.
What are additional excursions I can enjoy while on Retreat?
Some ways you can enrich your trip include booking a massage or another service at the spa. (list will be provided ahead to get treatments booked. There are two treatment rooms so tons of time to provide to everyone!)
There will also be options to hike in surrounding areas or e-bike. I will provide details ahead of time.
Are you a seasoned Retreat Leader?
Yes! I have organized and hosted many group yoga retreats; Greece, Italy, Costa Rica - to name a few places! I also have Morocco this Sept 2026!
