This tank has been in the works for awhile and it’s words are very very special to me!
When I started to step into my personal power and embrace myself (even the messy parts), I quickly realized how sticky I had felt.
It felt so freeing to unstick. Unstick the inner dialogue I had about myself (incl. my value & worth), unstick what I believed I could accomplish (or not accomplish), unstick others views, comments or unhealthy expectations of me (and unhealthy expectations I had of myself), unstick the physical limitations or views I had been placing on my body, unstick the crap I was holding in my my joints & my muscles, basically unstick all the stuff that was holding me down and back from feeling joy and contentment in MY body and MY life.
I quickly coined the phrase and started using it in my yoga classes as a gentle reminder that no matter what your ‘sticky’ is - that you need to give yourself permission to create space to unstick!
