Inhale the fresh ocean breeze and release the tension of day-to-day life.
Together we will find the perfect balance of practicing yoga in the open air oceanside & exploring the waters of Lower Prospect by kayak, connecting with the nature that surrounds us!
No previous yoga or paddling experience required.
SCHEDULE:
5:30-6:30pm - Yoga on the Wharf (will focus on stretches and poses that will prepare you for paddling while you soak in the scenery & salty air)
6:30-7:00pm- Kayaking Set up & Quick Bathroom break!
7:00 -8:00pm - Sunset paddle (we will hop in the kayaks and end the evening with an amazing guided sunset paddle)
