The Full Moon symbolizing abundance, the heart chakra and the start of summer, is considered an energetically powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal, making it a perfect time for incorporating both Yoga + Acupuncture.

First you will be guided through a grounding yoga class themed to the Full Moon, with the therapeutic support of essential oils and crystals, followed by a calming yoga nidra where acupuncture needles will be applied to key points in the body to release old energy, find relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and promote inner balance.
